Participate in our Physician Leadership Study
In an effort to better understand what motivates physicians to pursue leadership roles, investigators from the Center are looking to recruit primary care physicians for a study titled “Examining Physician Perceptions and Experiences of Leadership Roles.” The investigators are interviewing primary care physicians to learn more about the circumstances which may influence a physician to assume a leadership role, circumstances which may influence a physician not to assume a leadership role, and how such situations are experienced by physicians. Perspectives are welcome from current leaders as well as those who are not presently in a leadership position. We plan to conduct interviews via phone or Zoom and expect that they will last 20-30 minutes.
